    The changing landscape of streaming services had weakened NBCUniversal’s traditional revenue sources.

    Peacock’s mission — to meet the best of streaming with the best of TV.

  • The Ask

    Bring together all that NBCUniversal has to offer, into one streaming platform in less than a year.

    Deliver an experience that will stand out in an already crowded marketplace, where content fragmentation and endless scrolling have created customer fatigue.

  • Role + Impact

    Led 25+ person cross-functional team across design, development, product management, and strategy through two national launches across 13 platforms.

    Responsibilities included standing up new processes, helping Peacock build an internal team, and creating flexible working models to support multiple business shifts throughout the product development journey.

    Main POC for Peacock Product teams, working closely with key stakeholders across technology, editorial, brand and marketing.

    Engagement included defining the product vision and roadmap — and then moving into designing the MVP and future release states.

    We launched across 12 native platforms (iPhone, iPad, Android, AppleTV, Roku, Amazon Fire, Android TV, Playstation, Xbox, Xfinity streaming, and LG WebOS), and four web layouts.

    In the first two years, the platform achieved 1B hours streamed and gained 54M subscribers across its original three tiers of service.
