Goldman Sachs: Product Design & Marketing

    Goldman Sachs was looking to move from Wall Street to Main Street — initially launching with Marcus by Goldman Sachs, additional business units within the organization were also looking to attract new audiences.

  • The Ask

    Help Ayco by Goldman Sachs better understand where and how to draw the line between digital and human touch throughout the customer experience — and do this by creating a more tailored experience that can flex and scale to deliver on customer needs at the right moment in their journey.

  • Role + Impact

    Led product strategy, vision, and design sprints for Ayco by Goldman Sachs product development.

    Activities included qualitative and quantitative research studies, persona development, journey & opportunity mapping, product vision concepting, roadmap definition, and design sprints.

    Work was collaborated with and presented to stakeholders across two business units: Ayco and Goldman Sachs (Investment Management Division).

Beyond Ayco.

In addition to the Ayco work, Nicole has also worked within several other divisions within Goldman Sachs across product and marketing initiatives.

Examples include: Marcus, Honest Dollar (now part of Marcus Invest), and Goldman Sachs Investment Bank Directed Shares Program.
