    Stitch Fix was in the midst of a transformation, reimagining how to engage with clients and bring them a more personalized, more modern, and dynamic experience. They were on the verge of a rebrand and organizational leadership changes. 

  • The Ask

    Designed an onboarding experience for new Stitch Fix customers to be more modern, engaging and relevant. With the goal to help increase sign ups and improve conversion rates.

  • Role + Impact

    Led a collaborative approach with internal Stitch Fix teams across design, data science, product management, and customer experience.

    Managed a team of Elephant product managers, strategists and creatives to design the mobile onboarding experience for all new Stitch Fix customers in less than 3 months, including delivery of a comprehensive design system.

Internal video created to gain Executive Board excitement and buy in on project overall.
